If your on the ocean floor with the suit on then look for the next airlock door to enter, past the Firaxa Sharks on the sea floor to the far right, then once inside you'll meet up with those Scientists. You can either help them by feeding the poison into the water, blowing up the generator, or just simply kill them both. Post again if you need help, from Jackal. p.s. and use that device in your bottom inventory to kill the Firaxa...
