yes you can because it is attached to your live profile first then it scans your system if it has been installed there once before you can uninstall then reinstall for free it guves you the option to just redownload. I would take anything you have in the area of the patch out if you don;t want to lose it. I have talked to microsoft about this and done it myself (uninstall and reinstall).

can u get the downloads such as nights of the nine without being on live or having an internet connection can u use a freinds connection or something
