south of the imperial city near the road is are some ruins called vindasel just go in there and kill the woman named umbra at the end of the dunguon the entrance is near old bridge witch is south of the waterfront

the easiest way to find the place is to travel south from imperial stables untill u reach the old bridge (a landmark) then travel east a bit. id reccommend being a high lvl as she as a high amount of health lv25 should do, i think u can get her armor 2
