i need help to fix a bug(i think its a bug) when i sell to a store like a elven bow i get money but the stores money is allways same.If i buy or sell it still the same!!!! can anyone help me with this problem?

It's not a glitch... but a new feature on Oblivion. You can't sell him things more than what he has on him. (If something you stole said it cost 1000 gold, and the shop owner only had 500, then it would show 500 near the item instead of 1000) It's cool... unlike Morrowind, you don't have to wait 24 hours so he would have full money again.

so the store cant run out of money?what does the invest in store help then?

It says, " invest 500 on this shop" which means he will have 500 more gold than before... useful if there's something expensive you have to sell.
