It really doesn't matter, you can't really miss them.
Just keep playing the game.
You get the blizzard magic in Wonderland.
I think (but not sure) you get thunder in Olympus Coliseum.

I just deafeated the sercert boss the phantom (while ago) Kurt Zisa (yesterday) Hades cup (while ago) and ice titan (yesterday) What do I do now I'm stuck

fight sephiroth in the platinum cup but take lots of elixirs and hi potions cuase ull need em

Yeah, you can fight Sephiroth, read my FAQ for further help.
But you don't need to beat these bosses to beat the game. That is why they are called 'extra' bosses.

Also try to get the Chocobo space ship design from Pinocchio (S/P?), you have to have all the other designs in order to get it, which is harder than trying to beat Sephiroth.

OOOO Ummm I went back to hollow bastion and I got the rest of the ansems reports and got the divine rose keyblade idk what to do next and if there is a boss there i cant find him lol I kept looking everywhere
