I have a copy of the Ruby game that has Deoxys on it. But when I tried to trade it to my Emerald version it says that it can't be traded. Why can't I trade it?

(P.S. The same thing happens when I try to trade my Mew)

I have and I've traded a lot of pokemon between them, but when I try to trade Deyoxs or Mew it says that they can't be traded

Oh yeah one thing i've ever heard that the two... i meant them which need a nitendo special events cannot be traded so...
