if u want the slots to cost just 1 and get more power go to programfiles/codemasters/racedriver3/gamedata then frontend and open the carparts file then u find any parts and set the slots to 1 there it stay v4cost and save now u can buy all the upgrade parts to ur car it goes fast as hell

If you want the "upgrade" slots to cost just 1 slot, go to your Race Driver 3 folder then gamedata then frontend. Then open CarParts.big in notepad, click on Edit and Find. Type in v4cost, click find and replace the number next to it with 1. Press F3 and repeat till its all done. Note: some will have v5cost, replace that with 1 instead of v4cost.
