If you are looking at the ablilites in the Valor Form, then yes you are able to Equip 2 Keyblades on Sora, but can only be used when in Valor Form. You can't equip Sora with 2 Keyblades normally when not in any form.
Also, isn't that basic knowledge when you have been playing KH2 for a while?
