Are you sure when doing that ou can get Celebi? All I know is Celebi at Ilex Forest at the forest guardian. It will appear when you gave GS Ball that got from Kurt to forest guardian then it will appear.

no u cant.. growlithe is only on pokemon Gold version u have to trade from gold to silver (wait r u talkin about pokemon silver version or gold version??)if ur talkin about pokemon gold version then yes u can ... but if ur talkin about silver version then No u cant

Shiny Pokemon

Get a Blue Koffing:
To get ablue koffing go to where you scare the three legendary dogs (Burned Tower) and walk around for a while and eventually you will find a shiny blue koffing.

shiny girafarig:
you can find a shiny girafarig near the lake of rage when you find him he should sparkle.

shiny ratata:
you can find the shiny ratata near the farm were the ill mootank was.

Gold Ente:
Surf any water and press up,B,and select and a Golden Ente will appear.(p.s i don't remeber if this still works because i did a long time ago.)

get a gold magicarp:
breed red gyaridos with blue gyaridos to get a gold magicarp.

how 2 get blue ditto:
to ditto search around the grass patches outside the day-care center and u might find 1.

how 2 get golden pikachu:
to get it search around the grass patches below pewter city at night and u might find 1.

Golden diglet:
go into diglet cave rited at ht eend ther is a bit of room. keep on walking in it till the 10th time a pokemon pops up and find a golden diglet.

how to get black mew:
put a magmar and jynx in the pokemon breeding center.

gold Gyarados:
there is a lake in ecruteak city surf east and you sould find a golden gyarados.

blue psyduck:
go just above goldenrod and theres some water swim in it for a while soon youll run into a blue psyduck it evolves into a light blue golduck.(p.s it works my little cousin was so happy .
