first thing is first it is on Qwark's hideout. second there is a part where you need to glid from one side th another when you are gliding go to the right then there are two walls side by side wall jump from one to another until u get to the top climp up onto the ledge then there is snowman brak that then the skillpoint is yours.
PS it'll take a while to get the gliding to the wall jump part but if you keep practicing you'll get the skillpoint in notime.
