OK i don't get it i did the wheel thing and the game shuts of i don't even get to save. i thought that when you beat the game you get to still play it.What do i do?

I have been on the queen of hearts course for 25 minutes. no more green or red arrows so i can't do anything. Mattieu won't talk to me and there is no way out. How do I get out of here?
Isn't there a way to exit this game without having to go all the way to my room or re-booting the whole computer?
