Yes, I know, this topic has been posted once before, but it hasn't been cleared up yet.

I know the PS2 version has a preset marker pattern for the Pink Slips.
It was posted somewhere's before, but I can't find it anymore.

Anyway, I've switched to the Xbox version because Blockbuster was out of the PS2. So, is there a set pattern for the XBox Pink Slip markers, or is it just completely random? 🤔

I read a nice trick somewhere,
If you beat a rival, you get to pick 2 markers:
3 of them are '?' markers and 3 other.
Pick the first (most left) marker,
If it's a cash marker : 2nd marker is the pink slip
if It's a GooJ-Free card or remove impound strike card etc. : 3rd marker is the pink slip.

if you want to get the pinkslip in the (?) part you can finish the boss's races and choose the first and second(?)
if that will not be the pinkslip restart your console with high speed and close the game,then reload the game and replay the races and choose the second and third(?) and the pink slip will be yours..

It's a pattern and I've read it on some site. So first of all and mainly if you beat Sonny (Blacklist #15), The pink slip is on the left marker. And as you go on and beat Taz (Blacklist #14), The pink slip is now on the middle marker. And again as you go on and beat Vic (Blacklist #13), The pink slip is now on the right marker. And so as you beat again Izzy (Blacklist #12), The pink slip is now on the first marker and so on and so forth. But keep in mind that once you've save and decided to quit the game and play it again and you've just beat a blacklist rival the pattern will be different at that so you'll have to choose wisely and carefully.

Here's an example:

Blacklist #15: Sonny - First "?" marker
Blacklist #14: Taz - Second "?" marker
Blacklist #13: Vic - Third "?" marker
Blacklist #12: Izzy - First "?" marker
Blacklist #11: Big Lou - Second "?" marker
Blacklist #10: Baron - Third "?" marker
Blacklist #9: Earl - First "?" marker
Blacklist #8: Jewels - Second "?" marker
Blacklist #7: Kaze - Third "?" marker
Blacklist #6: Ming - First "?" marker
Blacklist #5: Webster - Second "?" marker
Blacklist #4: JV - Third "?" marker
Blacklist #3: Ronnie - First "?" marker
Blacklist #2: Bull - Second "?" marker

And pretty much that's all you need to know. Again if you quit the game and continue to play at that time the pattern is different, so you'll have to choose wisely and very carefully.
