to give tartan 2 things you have to talk to him a billion times (not excatly that number) but a lot. then once you've done that the sign hybrid will come up.

Nope unfortunately. She's already married to Wally and her son is Hugh :P so i don't think there's any chance of that happening. You can marry Nami , Celia and Muffy only as far as i'm aware.

I need help about the kids.
I have 3 questions.
1.Once your married when do you get your kid?(when is it born)
2.My frined said you you had to recomend something(music,art etc.),I don't quite get what he means.
3.Does who you marry affect how your kid looks?

No you can't marry Flora. Lumina you can marry in the special edition of the game. I also think Flora loves Carter, but i'm not sure.

She dies after you complete the first chapter. Before she dies i recommend becoming friends with Galen so you can get the fishing rod s from him. But befriending him is pretty much easy if you play the grave washing game. You can see her ghost ^^
