to the left of him on the wall is a code...read the code then go to the desk directly behind him and look in one of the books.

Push and hold the left Analogue stick, and your Hero sneeks, if you didn't already know that. You look at the code on the notice board, then go up to one of the books. The first time, you won't get it right, but the second, you'll get the key. You have to look on the left side of the screen to show how much time you have left, and how close the Warden is to spotting you.
