Take both the mercenary from the Temple of Avo & Twinblade's Camp. You have to sacrifice at exactly midnight, 6am, or 6pm. (6am worked for me). They will choose which sacrifice to take. To get the time right, just watch for the mercs to get their payment from you and talk to the follower of Skorm right when the money starts to move out of your purse.

I know for a fact that it don't matter what alignment you are but sacrifice at midnight and getting the bow is almost a certainty. I was supergood with the halo and everything and i still got the bow on the second sacrifce.

dunno guyz, but it probably works when u reach 1000 evil points altogehter by sacrificing pple, then u should get the bow. But im not sure wheter it is so, cuz i once sacrificed a single henchmen 1st,the good one, and then i sacrificed 2 of them, 1 evil and 1 good, while both were following me. maybe if u sacrifice 2 pple at once, i mean 1 and the 2nd right after, it gives u the bow and u dont have to reach the 1000 points.
