I am stuck on icy peak in Midday Garden Home. How do I get to the higher platform that has the sparkly thing that lifts you up to higher areas? I have tried gliding and hovering and gliding from higher areas and cannot get there. Does anyone know a trick to getting on this platform? I am supposed to find Doug the Polar Bear but I can not move past this point. It is very frustrating.
