Well you can't race the Blacklist members again but you can re-race the race that you have completed before.

I've got a prob, why the phunk is my friends opponents way more easy than mine? I mean he's like 6th and he *****g wins driving at 125 miles/h and I go on to 260 and I always end last. what gives?

Uh that I do not know why he always wins and you don't but maybe he's on easy and you might be on difficult? I'm not sure why, or maybe your handling is bad. What car do you drive?

it's not my handeling, i'm driving a Porche Clayman S and I've adjusqted the breaks and handeling just how i like it. Could it be 'cuase I cheated for more money?

Nah I strongly doubt it's because you cheated. If it's not your performance problem then I guess it's maybe because your on a harder difficulty level. Or, don't take it offensively, he might just be a bit better driver.
