you could try the destroy all vehicles cheat (R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, Square, triangle, circle, triangle, L2, L1) if you don't want to cheat, then the only advice i have is to keep the mini-gun firing, even when you between shooting, because you have unlimited ammo.

keep on the trigger all the time and focus on one at a time it took me a while
OKay your on the mission Air raid right so all you have to do is crontroll on the airplanes that are closer and consentrait in the planes not on the bar okay.
That made no god dam sense.
