ok this is all the info I can give you since I don't have Budokai 3 anymore but this will give you your answer

go to dragon arena mode in budokai 3, fight SS4 goku and vegeta, after you beat them it will give you their passwords. then enter them in password mode in tenkaichi.

cn any one help me i have been trying to beat cell with vegeta during the cell games i need to survie i only make it with 19 senconds left

Blast him with your special beam cannon and stuff and try not to let him hit you, but make sure not to kill him. press L1 once locked on too unlock and run around freely until it autolocks you again, stay airbourne and if none of this works there is a plan b, a glitch.

get down on the ground, DO NOT MOVE OR PRESS ANY BUTTTONS just hold circle (the block button)and he wont be able to break your sheild, if he does repeat. tell me if you're still having trouble.

Well what i did was kept hitting him with my fists and blasting him. I died a few times but it worked for me in the end. Oh and if u think that is hard the last level is harder. Cell hits you like 2 times with super kamehameha and u are dead as a wombat gettind run over by a car

On "The Plan To Conquer Earth" kill vegeta as broly to get ss4 vegeta
