in order to get the water sword you must find all the health upgrades. there are nine of them in all. when you do this you must head back to the room you first talked to kaileena in where he asks her to return to babylon with him and she rejects him. after she leaves the water sword is between the bottoms of the two sets of stairs. it helps you defeat the Dahaka and save Kaileena. but heres the fun part in bringing Kaileena you ressurect an old enemy with an mad desire to use the sands of time for a different purpose.
