sky pillar is to the east of pacifidlog town, just surf and keep to the rocks on the top and you will find an opening, go through to find sky pilliar. and Juan is in sootopolis, but if by chance you meant to say Wallace, he's at sky pillar

You can't get Treecko and Mudkip anymore if you chose Torchic and Sky Pillar and Juan are located East of Pacifdlog keep going East at the top of the screen and soon you'll see the rocks at the top of the screen open up a litte now move around these small areas and you'll see an abandoned tower move forward onto land and you'll see Juan he'll tell you to go inside the tower the world is in your hands yadda yadda yadda your own your own now kid. Oh and if you hadn't been to Pacifdlog yet your in trouble.

you cant find treeko and mudkip. you can only get them as a starter from prof. birch at the beginning of the game and vibrava evolves at level 45. hope that helps!
