Ok some people might hate you but lets get to the point there are only four ways to get- 1.trade it from firered or leafgreen. 2.mix records with some one had the ticket to go to the island. 3.get the ticket at a nitendo event. 4.use a actionreplay or game shark.

if u live in boston there this thing called Pokemon Rocks america where they download a mystic ticket into ur Emerald to go to navel rock to catch lugia and Ho-Oh. But it past October 22 already.
