where can i find a ghost car i'm looking some time but i can't find it help me please

i have found the vortex driving by itself....
there are 2 or 3 ghost car...

i have accually witnessed the "Ghost Vortex". I fell down a hill by bayside marina, and as soon as i got up, a vortex falls and kills me. freaky

omg how stupid can u be a vortex on a slope is floating down oooo ghost car everybody thinks bigfoot in gta sa is bullcrap too and those ghost cars read the story on internet then its very logical doh u guys arent actually gamers right??
