Talk to the guy at the port and go to Birth island for Deoxys. Solve the triangle puzzle by touching it from different directions. Deoxys is level 30, so u will have no trouble controling it.
Go to naval rock to catch ho-oh and lugia. They are both level 70. Master ball recommended. Lugia is on the right, hooh on the left. after u beat ho-oh, use th itemfinder where he was to get sacred ash.
To make them easy to catch, here is a pokeball cheat

do those codes work on the eu ar max (its the one that has a thing for the ds too) and i tried a different deoxys code and i ran into this thing in the wild that was a black and white circle with a ? on it and my game said it was a wild ???????????? it was level 3 and when i went into my balls pocket my 99 master balls were gone and the text on my game got kinda weird so i just ran, but does catching deoxys from a cheat up your game?

yes, well this one screws with your town map. Earlier, Gamefreak 12 reported that this cheat was defective, so hang on, ill C&P it for you.
