i beat the elite four
i'm at the battle frontier
i got every lengendary pokemon except Deoxys
and i completed the pokedex and got the pokemon diploma.

ohh yeah i 4got my Rayquaza,Salamence,Flygon,Blaziken,Lugia,Mew,
Feraligatr,Tyranitar,Latias,Latios,Skarmory,Groudon
Mightyena,Venusaur,HO-OH,Charizard,Metagross,Kyogre,
Gyarados and Walrein r all on Lv 100i also have eon ticket mystic ticket, aurora ticket n old sea map

alright i'll help you got to go to gamefaqs.com,then go to gameboyadvance,then go to fire red,then it will send you to the FAQs & Guides section,then go down to Island 9 Solution Map (PNG) and there your map you need to solve the puzzle.

i got the game yesterday, ive played it for three hours, i am at rustboro (however its spelt) and i have about ten pokemon, my starter, torchic, is level 13, tailow lvl 9, ralts lvl 8, poochyena lvl 8
not much but its a start.
