I am watching g4 and they just showed the spcs for the ps3, it looks very impresive with its so called "cell" graphics and physics technology. but i think it's going to come down to three things.

1:Price
2:Software
and
3:Customer Loyalty

The ps3 could easily cost over $500 due to the huge ammount of new technology. as it stands now even i being the huge xbow fan i am almost certainly going to get a ps3 first if the software is better, or i could gat an XB360 due to my great support for the company and the love for their games. either way this is going to be a battle to the death between microsoft and sony. i could go into the specs of the ps3 but i'll let someone elese do that for once.

and the relece of halo3 seems to be confirmed for relece on the same day as the ps3. Billy Gates is out for blood.

the xbox 360 is backward compatibale.

it is also comaptabe with mp3 players, some cell phones, and the psp. how weird a playstation product compatable with the xbox.

the xbox 360 is also speculated to launch graphics patches for older games like halo2 to bring them up to the 360's level

the PS3 sounds pretty good, but they got all there ideas from xbox, it looks like its even got a Hardrive now!!! those xbox wanabees...but it does sound pretty good for Sony

ill still be getting the xbox though, cause unless they switch there disk readers to a new brand ill never buy one, they always misread the games and mess up and crap like that, this might be fixed in the PS3 but i have no idea..

i think sony has learned it's lesson. the old ps2 was prone to destruction. some of the graphics on the ps3 demos looked pre renderd or are they really that stunning.

nintendo said verry little. they announced nintendogs, a tiny gba, and a little black box called the revolution. i say more is known about area 51 than this new console.

I want an Xbox360 and a PS3... PS3 has better processor, but does it have wireless? and those controllers are so pathetic...

ps3 has wireless controlers up to 7. and ya the controlers look like boomerangs so you can turn on youre console from your seat like the xbox. lol i am looking foeward to Gears of War, Unreal 2007 and the new Killzone, even though i didnt play the first.

and the ps3 will cost about $460. if i know my yen to usd conversion.
