ALRIGHT YOU GET THE SLIPT HOODS DOING OUTRUNS IN STAGE 2 I THINK AND SCISSOR DOORS IN STAGE 5 AT THE END. THE ENGINE AND TRUNK NEONS ARE UNLOCKED WHEN YOU GET ENGINE LEVEL 3 ON PERFORMANCE AND THE TRUNK IS UNLOCKED WHEN YOU GET TO STAGE 3 OR 4 IN CAREER

to get split hoods you have to do outruns in level 1 until you get a message, then you get a choice of 3 normal split hoods and 3 carbon ones, but they arent available at the accesorries shop for a lond time
but if you are a serious racer you should get a carbon fibre hood even if it isnt a split hood because they are lighter and let your ride go faster
scissor doors are one of the last 5 unlocked parts, they add a lot of weight to your ride though
to get engine neons you have to have level 3 engine, ECU and transmission parts
to get trunk neons you have to install the custom layout in the trunk of your ride
you wont get the neons until you get to level 5 which is the last one
