Anyways... I figured out the highest Stat that a Chao can have. It's 3300 and that's if you get +30 on every level up.
First of all the stat has to be an "S".
If you get +30 every time, the points should be 2970. When it reincarnates it'll take 10% of that (so 297).
Take 297 and add it to 2970 and your Chao's stat this time should be that number, 3267. Then when it reincarnates it'll take 10% again, so 326. Add it again to 2970. Repeat this process and your Chao will get to 3300. The reason it stops here is because 10% of 3300 is 330, and 330+2970 is 3300. It should only take 3 reincarnations to do this. So all you people that say you have 4000 or 5000points for a Chao Stat, you're lying.

actually plp download chao with 4000 and 5000 from chaoplanet.its not that hard. u download it off the site www.chaoplanet.com then send the chao from computer harddrive to gba action replay. use the gba action replay and itll apear in tiny chao garden(sonic advance, sonic advance 2, or sonic pinball party required) then take chao out of tiny chao garden.

shadow chao?
sonic chao?
Tails chao?
rushe chao? and
knuckles chao?
sonic chao is made by making a netrual running then after that keep training its running and itll look like sonic.shadow chao is made by making a dark running then after that keep traing its running and itll look like shadow. tails, knuckles, and amy chao r gotton through action replay or downloaded off chaoplanet. read my chao faq on this site for the action replay codes. i never heard of a rushe chao.
