Give it tons of green animals and Chaos Drives. (the green animals are the Boar/pig, the Rabbit, and the cheetah) Give it these with both the hero and dark sides that way he stays neutral. When he evolves he should be a bright green color with 3 spikes coming out of his head. Now give him even more green stuff (around 100 animals or drives) and wait in the garden for around 3 to 4 hours. He will slowly change to a deep blue color and his spikes will curve down and he will look just like sonic.

Hey its the Chaoman again, If you want a Chao to look like Shadow( to go with your Sonic Chao) Give him only green animals and drives (if you forgot the green animals are the boar, rabbit, and cheetah) but only give it these with a dark character. when it evolves it will have green stripes on its head. Keep giving it green stuff and wait for a while and slowly its spikes will go up at the end and the stripes will turn red.
