It makes you immune to everything in the game,basically you cannot die.

latest update fixed a durability bug, probably changed addresses for player "durability" too

Perhaps, but the previous version of the trainer still works perfectly fine when using invulnerable.

seems youre right. however, something is making crashes more frequent when activating the trainer. i have to activate the trainer, activate an option, then after a while my game stutters, aurora goes "not responding" then everything acivates as it should, or the game crashes entirely. Ive taken to using "Set player speed normal" as the first option to activate everything, as it seems using invulnerable causes crashes more often if used first.
edit: launched the game, turned on a bunch of options. eventually got this and a ctd:
