Touchscreen not working upon launching. on Steam Deck Discussion Message Board - Page 1

I have only encountered this in a few games on Steam Deck but specifically Persona 5. When everything logs in and looks good the Aurora is all in small size and when I do the "Please Select Trainer" to pick steam not xbox/epic nothing happens or works and it makes the entire trainer not work and forced to close everything. How do I fix this issue? I am having trouble with the size and touch screen of the trainer.

Known issue, its a bug in Proton. You must run the game in windowed or borderless mode.

Oh okay I get it. Yeah Persona 5 is giving me trouble. I tried to put the game in Borderless/Windowed and the Trainer still does not work. I can't choose Steam or Xbox/Epic it just does not respond. I also try to use tge steam deck tools game settings. Still no good. Thanks for letting me know.
