I finally found a way to get it working again!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Steamdeck Tool and Aurora, even using steamdeck tool 2.1 instead of 2.6 but it didn't change a thing.

What did the trick was going from The Beta Channel to the Stable chanel on the steam deck.
After installing the latest stable update, everything was working again!
