soon as my game launches I activate the trainer but then it crashes because of a gameguard error, I have watched the video a lot of times and redone the steps just to be sure, I've tried a lot of things but now I'm out of ideas. I think its error code 153 if that's any help

Not activating the trainer in the proper 1-2 sec window or you have not followed all of the steps properly. No other way to say it or demonstrate it.
