The Aurora SteamDeck Tool works but when I I try to use it in gaming mode Aurora wont oet me click on anything (touchscreen doesn’t work either) so its hard to start a trainer. I got it to work by going to desktop mode using a mouse and windowed the game so that im able to switch between the game and trainer

And what exactly is your request here? That games steals the input focus is a known issue of Proton / Steamdeck OS. Unfortunately Valve's steamdeck supports ends with "game works then we dont care". Not much we can do about except telling you the workarounds which you already used.

I didnt know I was making a request I was just stating my experience with the tool
