Having the same issue as Shippie with the stats and skills editing.

It won'tnot work outside of the trading screen

Trainer works fine if you guys just folow the instructions but apparently some people just skipped that part:

Important note for the "Stats Editor":

Press "I" to opten the inventory and select your character then edit the stats using the editor and save your game then reload it for the canges to take effect.

As you can see changes takes effects only after you save and reload the game and editor shows the BASE VALUE OF EACH STAT NOT THE EXACT VALUE AND THE CHANGES ONLY TAKES EFFECT WHEN YOU SAVE THEN RELOAD THE GAME.

It does works only when trading screen is open,not my fault blame the developers for coding it like this.

ah perfect, for changing the stats i changed to english, then i could see every stat properly. In German i couldn't...thank you

It just helped me so much!

So with the stat editing cheats... does the game register the changed stats properly?

I get you make the edit, save and load, and you'll see the changes.

There's been other trainers doing the same. The issue all of them have is, while the game treats your stats as legit as you play (giving yourself high Agility gives you lots of dodge for example)... when you go to level up your character, talents that need minimum stats (like Power Armor needing 45 Strength) don't actually register your cheated stats, and the game seems to think you still have whatever your actual base stats are before cheating.
