for the life of me
tried following the Read Me:
--• Player Skills' Headhunter Level:
For Player Skills, Press P to open the CHARACTER menu, then click on SKILL PROGRESSION and the values will show up.--

tried common solutions (thanks to DragonStryder):
--Run the trainer as admin, Then run the game, wait till the game has loaded and you are in-game to a point where you can walk around, then activate the trainer. Then press "i" to go to your inventory, then hover! over "Character" and click on "stats" then Go to to the editor tab in the trainer and everything has been filled in and everything can be changed. If this is not the case, Save your game, load your game and go to the "stats" screen again.
(Be Aware: Sometimes you need to go to the "stats" screen 2 or 3 times in order for the values in the editor to show up)--

i have all dlc installed
all apps run as admin
have more than 1 skill
activated in main menu
went to the stats screen multiple times
saved and tried again multiple times
restarted trainer, trainer&game, game and my entire machine

question marks all the way

what am i missing?

"all apps run as admin"...some games interferes with the trainer when played with admin. rights.
