Hi there,

I can't seem to login to aurora, it keeps coming up with "unknown failure (conflict)"

any help is much appreciated

I logged in an hour apart, but the same message came out!

Please act quickly!

A "conflict" status code means the server rejects the request. Its the best you open a support ticket Link and include your public IP address so our web admins can check the logs.

If you are receiving "Unknown Failure" then it means you hit the login page too many times in a row over a short period of time and so you have been blocked. The block will last for 1 hour as long as you do not try and hit the login page again and extend the block.

If you get an Invalid Login/Password then that is a different block.

Only thing you can do on the Unknown Failure is to make sure you have the correct l/p by logging into the website and then waiting for the block to be released.
