As you can see the "Discoverer" and "Shortcut" should be done, the bar moved up normally until full. Sadly they never activated.
What's also strange is that some Achievements I had finished got locked again, because I pretty sure I had "Discoverer" before.
Also the "Stay connected" "Ammo cheats" and "Health cheats" don't seem to work for me and increase.

Stats must also be sent and saved on the server. Please check log file if there are issues.
