Hello friends,
I am getting the above topic error message whenever I am in Aurora for a few minutes. The whole app crashes and closes. This error occurs even with my AV turned off. It started to happen a few months ago and I tried suggestions but I never tried to ask in this forum. Can someone provide me some guidance on how I can resolve this error?

0xc0000005 sounds like an access violation. A typical scenario where this happens is when overlay tools are trying to inject something into Aurora. To prevent this disable HW acceleration in Aurora settings (restart Aurora). If that doesn't help try:
Running SFC:
- In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator > Yes. - At the command prompt, type "sfc /scannow" without quotes
Run CHKDSK:
Open command prompt and run it as administrator again. Then type "chkdsk /f /r C:" without quotes and hit enter. Replace C: with your hard drive letter. If you have multiple run it for every one.
Because such an error can also be caused by corrupted files or file system. You can also try and disable the process watcher and "scan for installed games" in Aurora.
