Easiest way to mentain a struct?

Lets assume (correctly) that the game's memory keeps moving.
I have the players stats mapped according to a base address that obviously changes, so I can't just lock it in.
What would be the easiest way to maintain that database in CoSMOS?
Is it possible to define a struct (c style) in a script and just feed it the new address when it changes (it's easy too find) in a symbol value?
Can you just set a base address in the cheat table (no scripts involved) and have pointers with offsets to said value?
