I get a black screen when I click download. Screen stays black and acts as if its loading but never does

This is what I get when I try to download. Just started doing on its own after I was downloading just fine. I try to download from site itself the same thing. I can download from amy other sites just fine. This site is the only one I have problems with

You can even see at the bottom it says waiting on cheathappens Now this was right after i did a clean install of windows trying to fix my problem. before I messed with any windows setting. Windows 11 default install and this site is still giving me problems. Sucks I paid over $100 dollars for a premium plus membership and I can't even use it now

Just open a support ticket and ask for a TeamViewer session. You have also downloaded 119 trainers since you purchased your membership 2 weeks ago. Pretty sure you have gotten your money's worth.

I'm not sure if it's the same issue but I'm having issues downloading trainers that aren't available through Aurora. I'm not sure exactly how long ago it started happening, as I normally just use Aurora.

I suspect it's my ISP though, as I can't download through any of Chrome, Edge or Firefox. If I try another PC on my home network that's got a VPN running, it works just fine on there.

**UPDATE**
Scrap that, it was Avast AV killing my network connection without me knowing. I've put a stop to that now and the downloads are working again.
