I've noticed when using the Request A Title form, after searching for a game there will sometimes be multiple entries for the same game (image attached for staff) that are either identical or slight variations. Hopefully the CH system/process accounts for this but my concern is that, with the requirement for multiple independent requests for a new trainer, maybe those requests end up spread out among the duplicate database entries or whatever they actually are, potentially preventing any of them from reaching the minimum needed to get put on the request list.

Please tell me my concerns are unnecessary.

99% of the time it's unnecessary. But it would help if the end users didn't submit requests with 30 different variations of the same title.

I suspected that was what caused it, at least in some cases. Weird when they seem to be exact duplicates of the same title, though.
