Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I have a LIFETIME account and I have for years now I was under the understanding that a LIFETIME account would mean that you would have Tier 7 when it comes to the giveaways entrees. I may have misunderstood but it all seemed fairly straight forward to me, so please correct me if I am wrong.(I am not sure if it is necessary but, I have attached a file with a screen shot of my account where it states "LIFETIME" in the orange bar where account status is displayed. I assume that is confirming that I have LIFETIME)

No, your Tier 1 is correct unless you donated to last year's Kickstarter or have purchased a Lifetime of Lifetime PLUS from our BackerKit store.

Well, I do have Lifetime but, my question is answered Thank you much.
