Why is aurora telling me i have an outdated email or password when I've changed nothing. Further, I'm obviously logged in wiith my account as this message proves. Please fix.

Same. I was using it about an hour ago, quit to eat and now I can't open it again because I get an invalid email or password.

I was also having the same issue😔 The only way around it was to remove the Aurora installation, all the Cheathappens folders and start again! Any customisation was lost, but as I have a secondary gaming laptop, I was able to copy over the files to my main gaming rig and able to recover everything. This was all after the 1.45 update. Since the most recent updates, everything does now seem to be working again.
