Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello,
I gifted a game and sent money via paypal last month for a steam game. However I did not receive any response about whether the game has been accepted as gift or a trainer can't be made for it. I posted that request on the forum that discussed how to give a gift on Steam. Since directly it's not possible to give a gift on steam, I followed the steps on that forum. However it's been quite a few days and no response has been given. Please let me know. I've already asked about the status on that very forum weeks ago.
Also can anyone please tell me how you are all giving a game to CH (esp. Steam game), if an alternative method is available?
