Um, maybe a little more information would help out? Starting with the name and version of the trainer.

Any trainer including the latest release update are having this problem. Options activated with no audio indication. No problem with the older trainer (non-aurora). No big deal but just feels funny 😁

1. Check windows volume mixer if Aurora is muted
2. Check Aurora settings if volume is turned down
3. Check if hotkeys aren't muted. This might be the case when you're using mobile app or ingame overlay depending on your settings
4. Windows media player must be installed
5. Check if the "audio" folder inside aurora directory has all the necessary mp3 files in it
