First, this is not a post complaining about how Aurora is the future and blah blah blah. The concept is good. The execution is... lacking. It's clear that you believe a majority of users love it and that a very vocal minority are the ones making the noise. And lots of those complaints are unreasonable, anyway. The kinks will get worked out in the end and everyone will forget this transition even happened in the first place. (lol at the members who signed up in 2009 asking for refunds.). My tone is respectful and not negative or complaining

However, I could over look almost everything else except this. When I open Aurora, where are my trainers? Why must I search for the exact same trainer and go through all that time waiting for the server to load search results (which isn't egregious, but does unnecessarily add up over time)? Allow bookmarks, or give me a list of last 5 or 10 trainers, or better yet, search my PC for games I have installed and present me with a list of those which are compatible. Even the website (quite LITERALLY above this field I'm typing) has a list of my 5 most recently used trainers.

My tone is not negative, even though it reads like it is. This is real feedback and I think the user experience benefits far outweighs the cost of labor in this case.

My game has a trainer that IS aurora compatible. Once I get there, the experience is great. It works, it's intuitive, so keep up the good work there. But getting to that point from opening to Aurora to the point of activation is an awkward and unnecessary pain in the ass. I think your users would love this improvement. (And I'm not saying remove what's there, no reason for that.

EDIT BEFORE SUBMISSION: I was proofreading this just before I posted and started looking at aurora more closely, I see that you already have a list of my installed games, but it's buried so far deep, I only just discovered it. Doesn't seem to be very intuitive. Consider unburying it and putting this on the left side of the aurora home page as the previous CH apps did and other similar services still do?

Your feedback is appreciated. But almost 100% of what you mentioned is already in Aurora. Favorites on the left side, installed games linked to trainers, etc etc. Unfortunately the software cannot "guess" what is most important to each individual member and show that to them first. We have added request on top of request on top of request and eventually you run out of space and have to start making space where possible. If you have a better layout in mind, mock all of the pages up in Photoshop and maybe we can implement it.

Look at the very first version or BETA of Aurora and then look at it now. We have done our best to implement every single request made by our members and odds are, if you are looking for it, it's there, it just may not be staring you in the face as we only have so much room and don't want a 7680x4360 app. Anyways, please don't knock us for trying to do our best, which is all we have ever intended. You can also download the preview version or upcoming release later today for even more features that you have mentioned in your post.

Oh, Chris, if this is what you got out of my post, then I have utterly failed. If that's how my post sounded, PLEASE accept my apologies. I intended ONLY constructive criticism.

As far as you invitation to do a mock up drawing, my visual artistry skills are much like my coding skills: They don't exist. (However, if you ever want to record a rock song, hit me up as long as I don't have to do the music video too).

I'll try to describe what I think would be cool. Currently, you have space on the left side of the app screen. For me, that's blank. It's not intuitive how to populate that space as it is now. In fact, I'm still not 100% certain how to do it. It might be that I'm an idiot, I'll concede that right away. Perhaps, you could move the scanned games tab which is a sub tab of the trainers tab to the left column by default. From there, users can favorite their most frequently used trainers. The non-favorite list of installed games of compatible software could be ordered either by alphabetical OR perhaps by hours used or number of times opened. Really, my idea is not unlike your previous Trainer Manager app.

PLEASE don't misunderstand me, I do not wish to be insulting or negative. I really appreciate that you took the time to even read the feedback, let alone are open to it. You have every right to tell me to **** right off yet you haven't.

That left side which is blank is a list of your "favorite" trainers which can be done by marking the heart icon on any trainer. You can then sort them any way you want. This should alleviate your issues as if you use certain trainers often, just favorite them for quick and easy access on the left side of the screen.
