It didn't apply to my account. I'm still showing lifetime membership. I paid $350 for the permanent

It didn't apply to my account. I'm still showing lifetime membership. I paid $350 for the permanent lifetime plus discount sale and used the same email address that i have for this account. I got an email saying the purchase was a success and I have been charged, but when I tried logging on this site it's still showing my normal lifetime membership. How do I get it applied to my account?

it takes up to 72 hours for it to be manually applied to your account
