Hi, Aurora and Humankind loads as they normally do, and the game is found by Aurora. But when clicking F1/Activate trainer (tried both) it says as normally "Please wait" but then after a little while "Failed". Please help. Thanks.

This would appear to be a possible a game update type of error/message. Maybe you can submit an update request on the game page?
