I am trying to load the trainer for dead space 3 and get a message "cammot install the file - installation failed. Can anyone help me with this error.

The trainer doesn't need to be installed. Where does the message come from? Can you make a screenshot?
I just downloaded the trainer and ran it on Windows 11 without any problems.
